Cryptogenic acute renal failure and emboli

Acute renal failure with the creatinine doubling everyday.
AKIN 3 on hospital day three.

Past medical history: a-fib

HPI: includes flank pain, but no hematuria.
PE: fluid overload
Low FEUrea

U/S is unremarkable, Mag3, LDH pending.

This study is afoot.
